Voter registration information including voter's name, home address, voting history, and PARTY AFFILIATION are made available online for anyone to view. This is a loop hole of the well-meaning Freedom of Information Act meant to increase transparency amongst government departments not their citizens. Publication of address and party affiliation online can lead to voter intimidation and constitutes voter fraud along with breaching voter's rights. Please make amendments to existing law to prevent such public disclosure of voter's private information if you want a free and balance electoral process.
