ban the president from playing golf or or his family from taking vacations until White House tours resume

The President should not be allowed to use tax payer money to go golfing, or him or any member of his immediate family to use tax payer money to go on vacation until there is a budget, and the tours of the White House resume.
The cost of his golf trips could pay for the staff for tours.
