Ban Presidential Executive Order authority where it conflicts with existing Constitutional Rights, Federal Laws, or State Laws. Presidential Executive Orders which conflict with the Constitution and existing laws place the federal agencies created to enforce the Constitution or Laws in a position to interpret the law and subjectively enforce the laws, and basically place the agency in a position to violate laws they should be supporting. The Presidential Executive Order as issues by the Executive Branch should only be issued to uphold the Constitution as it is written or as it is interpreted by the Judicial Branch and to enforce the Laws created by Legislative Branch.
