Currently Congress feels its common citizenry should have their phones and emails tapped without cause.FISA skirts the Fourth Amendment claiming since it isn't someone's physical person nor their physical papers, they do not need to show cause. FISA treats our privacy rights as antiquated. Under current law, all such private information as your writing and email has to be sent to one of their agencies or warehoused for 3 years so they can nose around in it at anytime. Everything personal is now online, whether an individual consents to that or not - Social Security, their bank information, their job information, all of it. Without cause and sometimes a warrant, someone shouldn't be wasting our tax dollars keeping and accessing said information. Thank you for signing.
