There really needs to be an outright ban of all guns in private hands.
We as humans in a developed nation have no need for firearms anymore...
Want to hunt? Use a bow & arrow.
Need to protect yourself? Learn martial arts or buy a stun gun.
Want to shoot something? Take up paint balling & Air-soft.
If all firearms are illegal it is easier to remove them & make our nation safer.
This does not violate the constitution as the 2nd Amendment is outdated & applies to well regulated militias & not private ownership.
America should put its trust in the civil servants charged with keeping us all safe & who do a very good job of it.
The time has come & this is a unique chance to change things in this nation for the better because we have not done all we can do to ensure the safety of our children.
