We petition the government of the United States to impose a ban on the use of disposable plastic water bottles.
Millions of tons of plastic is expended in the creation of these bottles, which are eventually just thrown away into landfills or left on streets and anywhere else that is convenient. The plastic used is non-biodegradable and is detrimental to the ecosystem and the environment as a whole. A simple alternative for both consumers and bottling companies is a thicker-plastic bottle that can be reused and refilled.
