In the 1940s, Time magazine called puppy mills "concentration camps for dogs". Disgracefully, in the U. S. there are over 10,000 USDA regulated and illegal puppy mills causing endless suffering and ultimately death for the imprisoned dogs. Declare puppy mills illegal and free these suffering dogs!
Puppy mill dogs are used exclusively as “factories” to produce as many puppies as possible. The horrors these dogs are subjected to are barbaric and cruel; crammed in tiny, wire-bottom cages, no exercise, no medical care, no human contact, and they never touch grass or see sunlight. Some are pumped with hormones and de-barked with a pipe shoved down their throat. The USDA is not protecting our dogs-right now they are ignoring AWA violations.
End the misery and make puppy mills illegal!
