Ban puppy mills nationwide, some states already have banned these horrible places. Puppy mills are cruel, dirty, places and they do not care for the dogs or puppies. The dogs are never let outside and have never touched grass, only cages to stand, eat and sleep on. They are never touched except to take the puppies away from the mother. They are only ever given food and water and live their lives in small cages stacked on top of other cages with dogs in them. When they have been over bred and their bodies are broken down the dogs are dumped out, or killed. These poor animals should never have to go through this cruelty.
