Puppy mills are where they keep dogs and breed them over and over just for the puppies and just for the profits. The dogs get into horrible conditions, they are caged all of their lives and even die in the cages with out setting one paw on grass! We the people say that puppy mills should be a federal crime, cruelty to animals and getting profit out of it should not be happening in our country!
