A call on banning random drug tests for individuals gainfully employed. This petition does not include pre-employment drug testing. It is considered an infringement of civil liberties for employers to punish individuals for doing drugs for recreational purposes outside of the workplace. Employers should still have the right to drug test before employment and for infraction purposes up to the employers discretion.
