One can scarcely imagine that this would happen here in The United States but to discover that the overwhelming majority of states would allow someone who is not only a convicted felon, someone who has already clearly demonstrated such intense hatred of women, such raging misogyny, that only raping a woman or a girl is sufficient to mitigate his raging hatred to sue for custodial or visitation rights is truly immoral. When such a person is found to have minor children AFTER being arrested (temporarily) and convicted (permanently) of rape, said minor children are removed from his custody, why would any civilized society subject the victim of so heinous a crime to the repeated trauma, to the ignominy, of state sanctioned --indeed, demanded-- contact with the perpetrator?
