These target enforcements are designed for fund raising for the local government, not for public safety They drive commerce and populations from where they are installed. They replace police with automation, eliminating jobs. There is no due process to refute ticket, you are presumed guilty and never appear in front of a judge. Abuse of these cameras is rampant and needs to be stopped. A fraction of what is collected goes to government, the rest to foreign investors that install the cameras.
