519 cities and municipalities are sucking the $$$ out of innocent drivers across the United States using "rigged" red light and speed cameras. The couple of companies manufacturing the devices are "bribing" more and more state, county, city, township, etc. officials with campaign $$$$$$ to install more of them. Studies have shown repeatedly these cameras do not reduce accidents but increase them. It wastes EXPENSIVE and precious gasoline because more and more people have slowed down well below the speed limit and are creating traffic backups on busy roadways to avoid being ticketed. I have witnessed personally the cameras taking photos (flash going off when it is green light) and scaring law abiding drivers. Also, many towns have "rigged" the intersection traffic lights for entrapment.
