Male genital mutilation is a very common practice in the United States. Mutilating a portion of somebody without their consent is a violation of human rights. Female genital mutilation is looked upon as a horrible thing, but male genital mutilation is still a regular 'hygenic' practice. Australia has banned the practice and it is practically unheard of in a large number of countries around the world including essentially every country in the EU and Asia.
