The petition demands the legislation banning remote manipulation of human nervous system by technical means (or mind control) by the U.S. government agencies as well as by private or corporate entities and participation of the U.S. government in the international negotiations aimed at the world wide ban of development and use of technologies enabling remote control of human nervous system.
