Ban rental application fee's that these landlord's try to charge people who are trying to rent apartment's studios room's etc.
This needs to be outlawed because all these landlords do is just deny people and pocket the application fee's from a bunch of hard working people who are just trying to find a place to live. Its already hard enough to come up with first month's rent and the deposit now these landlords want to charge you money before you can even get a so called chance to rent that place.
Also ban Credit Checks for renting places
