We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Ban, "The Right to Refuse Service to People of the LGBT Community." It is not a religious freedom, it is discrimination.

Created by S.R. on September 07, 2016

In Mississippi, the Governor passed a law allowing business owners to refuse service to gay people out of religious freedom and on strong beliefs against same sex marriage. Remember when in some states, it was aloud to be done to people of color? That was discrimination so why shouldn't this be it too. Does a sexist man have the right to refuse female guests? No. If it is religious freedom to do that, wouldn't they have the right to refuse people of different religions since the bible does say awful things against them. But no, that would be antisemitic. Do you see how ignorant the argument is that business owners have that right? it has happened in a bunch of other states too, refusing LGBT customers. A state ban will not be that affective, we need to do a nationwide ban.
