Ban the Ringling Bros. Circus from using or training elephants.

Created by R.S. on January 31, 2014

It has been proven that since 2000 the United States Department of Agriculture has noted the Ringling Bros. Circus to violate the Animal Welfare Act because of improper handling of dangerous animals, failure to provide veterinary care, causing trauma or severe stress to animals, failure to test elephants for tuberculosis, and insanity feeding practices. Over 30 Elephants, including 4 babies, have died since 1992. It is clear that the Ringling Bros. See these animals only as moneymakers, and do not care for their safety and well-being. As someone who cares about the humanity of this nation, I petition for the Obama Administration to ban the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Company from using or training live elephants for performance.
