Ban the sale and distribution of Ball bearings and Nails.

It is in the best interest of the nation that since we tend to only focus on the symptoms instead of the problems that face our nation, it would be in our best interest to ban ball bearings and nails after the recent tragedy in Boston. This bill should be adopted along with the same bill that wishes to regulate ammunition sales. Since both items are the tools of the person who uses them, they should be regulated. If we can not adopt a bill that has ball bearings, nails, and bullets within the same context, then we should omit this petition.... along with the other bills regarding firearms
