To ban the sale, manufacture, distribution and importation of dangerous synthetic drugs labled as incense or bath salts and deceptively listed as not for human consumption. These products do not serve the purpose they are labled for and are used only as a legal high. These drugs are deceptively labled, dangerous and sold openly over the counter at most convieniance stores and gas station to our youth.
