Expand proposed restrictions on firearms to include a ban on the sale, purchase, or possession of ALL semi-automatic firearms, except in relation to the Military and authorized Law Enforcement personnel. Non-semi-automatic firearms such as bolt and lever-action rifles, pump-action shotguns, and revolvers will be limited to an internal, non-detachable magazine or cylinder of 8 rounds or less.
