We The People of the United States of America should not be harassed or persuaded to compromise our health by being subjected to tobacco manufacturer's (or other companies that sell or distribute tobacco products) advertisements and products in places of business/centers that promote and sell wellness products (i.e. CVS Caremark, Walgreens, etc.). Such acts hinder our ability to live productive, healthful, and fulfilling lives by encouraging harmful behaviors.
