Ban Saudi oil imports.

Created by C.R. on November 27, 2015

Saudi Arabia continues to brutalize its people. Recently, by sentencing a poet to death for his lack of belief in a god. Saudi Arabia will be unlikely to feel any punishment from international bodies, the United States ought to make a stand against their continued human rights violations.

We propose a ban on Saudi oil imports. This will create a twofold benefit for the United States. Firstly, the ban would punish Saudi Arabia in perhaps the only way they would ever could be punished. Furthermore, the ban would create a need for more domestic production, as well as further development into alternative fuels, stimulating job growth.

Yes, it will lead to higher gasoline prices, there is no doubting it. But we the undersigned are happy to pay, knowing Saudi Arabia will not profit from us.
