We The People hereby petition the Obama administration to make it illegal for any federal, state, or local agencies, including law enforcement, all intelligence operatives of the NSA, CIA, domestic federal and state military, as well as IRS agents, Federal Reserve security forces, United Nations security forces within the US, and all Congressional security forces and/or their bodyguards, to own, posses or use any firearms/weaponry that are banned and made illegal to the citizens and general populace of the United States of America and its territories. This shall include lethal and non-lethal weaponry, as well as all technologies from DARPA. Our right to protect ourselves under the 2nd amendment shall not be infringed upon without equal restrictions set forth upon the aforementioned.
