Ban on semi auto firearms, limits on ammo ownership, & denying guns to people with mental, anger, alcohol, drug issues.

No background check or disclosure of the mental health record could have prevented majority of the most recent mass shootings, the only way to tackle the problem is by way of banning the 80% receivers & semi auto firearms. These days even a felon can obtain a 80% receiver & convert it to a fully functional firearm. Now I do support 2nd amendment but i think its time that we down grade our arsenal to owning only a bolt action rifle, a 5 shot pump shotgun & a revolver, and limit the ammo ownership to 10-15 rounds per firearm. This way we still be able to defend ourselves & enjoy the hunting traditions, but no one will be able to commit murders at this scale. We also need to deny firearms to those with mental, anger, alcohol, illegal drug issues or those that share residence with them.
