Ban Semi Automatic Weapons from civilian ownership, possession and use.
We need to potential victims of killers a fighting chance to escape and live. Nowhere in the 2nd amendment to the U.S. Constitution does it state that Americans should have or have a right to own weapons of mass destruction. Ban individual ownership and possession of semi automatic weapons, which are weapons of mass destruction, now.
