We move that Congress and the President ban all skits and comedy bits from hip hop and R&B albums. At best these skits are amusing once and an annoyance every other time you listen to an album. At worst, they detract from otherwise worthwhile art.
In an increasingly divided country, this is one issue we can all get behind as one nation and one people.
