According to the CDC, second hand smoke kills approximately 3,400 people a year. The American public is being unnecessarily assaulted by smokers, killing 10 times more people a year than assault rifles and costs $10B in medical costs. The American tax payer cannot afford these unnecessary costs when Obamacare becomes effective.
