ban smoking in apartment complexes and condo miniums where they are shared hallways, walls that spread 2nd hand smoke

It is a violation of my personal rights and freedoms to be exposed to toxic second hand smoke via communicating / shared hallways and walls that spread 2nd hand smoke right through the unprotected walls / hallways and electrical outlets in a sharing living place. We as americans should have our rights protected to avoid this type of exposure to toxic second hand smoke and also avoid additional risk of fires due to said peoples careless and lack of regard for their neighbors health and well being. Please support this petition and let your voices be heard and stand up for our personal freedoms that are be violated on a daily basis. Thank You for your consideration on this matter.
