Ban smoking in restaurants and bars. Employees and patrons are subject to 2nd hand smoke and it needs to stop.

I've been a bartender for the past 11 years and as a non-smoker being forced to work in this environment is infuriating. I believe that the states that haven't banned smoking yet need to catch up with the states that care about their residents. Save employees and guests of these establishments from this disgusting and unhealthy environment, why should we suffer because someone else wants to put these chemicals in their bodies?
