Ban smoking in vehicles with children present.

This petition is to make an attempt to ban smoking in vehicles with children. Talking on a cell phone while driving is illegal in certain parts of our nation because it distracts drivers and puts them at a higher risk of accidents. With accidents comes the loss of lives. How is smoking with children in a vehicle still legal when the research has been done and it is a proven fact that second-hand smoke causes cancer? The children have no say in the matter and it can be policed by officers that see it on the streets. These children are victims and should have the protection of our government. They can't police them in their homes, but in their vehicles they can be policed. Hold them accountable for putting innocent lives at risk. Sign this petition and save lives.
