The "Stop and Frisk" law has allowed countless police officials to force officers into racial profiling. 87% of arrests in NY are now black or latino, to add to that roughly 9 out of 10 of these victims were completely innocent. This law is a violation of our rights, along with an insult to the black and latino community.
