I think you should make the Supreme Court consider 100% banning the substance known as Mephedrone (a.k.a. "bath salts") as it is nothing more than a drug that people can legally obtain at head shops where they would buy a bong. It's being abused and ruining lives. It's pretty much a legal form of crystal meth. Make it illegal to be sold in stores or online!
