We the people ask that the Government of the United States of America recognize the rights bestowed to all citizens of this country by the constitution and overturn the decision by The Department of Homeland Security that travelers along the nation’s borders may have their electronics seized and the contents of those devices examined for any reason whatsoever.
This policy is a clear violation of the fourth amendment and must be abolished.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
