1. Prohibit the use of any taxpayers funds or future funds to finance the erection of any memorial, monument, statute, or commemoration for action, service, or any other conceived deed or honor real or fabricated by the sponsor or associates supporting such plan.
2. This prohibition shall not apply to monuments marking burial sites but shall limit the expense to equal and not stand out from those of the surrounding sites.
3. This prohibition shall not apply to Military Honors for service.
4. This prohibition shall apply to all citizens and non-citizens of the US cited for recognition.
5. 50 years after the death of the individual to be honored a complete biographic investigation into the conduct and service shall be conducted before any public display shall be paid for by taxpayers.
