We, the people of these United States of America, urge the current POTUS to ensure a strong continuation of this Democracy by banning any person from receiving a nomination from any political party or organization to run in the general election to become the President of these United States of America, if:
-They are currently under federal investigations for any potential crimes committed (from prior to the date of their campaign announcement)
-They do not make publicly available ANY documents that could not reasonably be considered protected under Federal privacy or security laws (e.g. health-related documents, high-clearance government files, etc) - including but not limited to personal and work emails, any speeches given, tax filings, etc.
