Ban the use of tobacco (smoking) for the following reasons
1. More than 50,000 people die of second hand smoke each year, even though they never smoked in there life.
2. It makes people addicted to it that want to stop, which is unconstitutional by forcing people to do something they don't want.
3. It causes young people to ruin their lives.
4. It causes Medicare millions for all the old people who have smoked and now need cancer treatment
5. The companies miss lead people, and cause them to do it because it is cool, which studies have shown it's not.
6 every one who I have met that has smoked says it was one of the worst choices in their life and now they can't stop.
7.It is the leading cause of preventoble death, with nearly half a million deaths a year.
Ban smoking!
