Bishop Charles Wamika, of the Jinja Diocese of the Catholic Church, in Uganda, should be banned from ever entering the United States again after praising the Anti-Homosexuality Act passed in Uganda and calling upon parents to turn their children, whom they suspect being homosexuals in to the authorities.
