Females over age 18 that are decided to be "ugly" or by a majority vote of 10 peers, would need to stay indoors during all daylight hours and be let loose to roam the streets from dusk till dawn. They must also be voted on at least once yearly, twice if the vote was too close the 1st time. They must also be required by law to display on their social networking site-of-choice a disclaimer that informs other users of that site about the horrible beasts they really are so that they aren't fooled by tricky camera angles or photos that are from 5 years ago. Any female that gets the worst possible score on the ugly voting may also be required to undergo research at area-51 to determine how to best rid the human race of these nasty ladies.
