The UIGEA is an Act that took place in 2006, which is acting on 14 states out of the 50 right now. This is not fair as it takes away some citizens rights and privlages to gamble online. Some of these states even have casinos such as Michigan and some others. So there is gambling allowed at the casinos in these states therefor online gambling should be allowed also.
