ban the unfair practice of forcing American workers to sign non-compete, non-disclosure agreements.

Created by E.S. on June 08, 2014

Millions of American workers in high-tech fields must sign non-compete, non-disclosure agreements to keep their jobs. Once they are terminated, the non-compete, non-disclosure agreements prevent those terminated workers from finding employment in their fields by preventing them from starting their own competing businesses or working for competitors. In effect, the non-disclosure, non-compete agreement is anti-capitalist and anti-American because it protects companies from having to compete in an open market. No employer should have the right legally to restrict a terminated employee from competing with them or working for their competitors.
