Ban unpopular, lazy, or rude teachers if 80% of all the students sign a form.

There are many great teachers that are unemployed, but some teachers are horrible, teaching students with the wrong attitude. I believe these disliked teachers should be fired, and replaced with teachers suitible to interact with the students on a daily purpose. If 80% of students dislike a teacher that teacher should be rid of.
