Ban the use of the $9.95 HD technology fee by cable companies. With all digital broadcasting, the fee is unnecessary.

Created by K.W. on July 09, 2013

Cable companies across the US are charging an HD technology fee of $9.95 to allow users to access HD services. The cable company does not have any cost to provide HD service since all networks are broadcasting in HD for free. This charge is erroneous and needs to be removed from all cable providers.
