Ban the use of artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame, in milk

Created by L.M. on March 01, 2013

Since 2009 an ongoing push to allow the use of artificial sweeteners in milk without labeling the milk that contains such things as aspartame, a known cancer causing agent has tried to convince the FDA to change their ruling on labeling. The IDFA (International Dairy Foods Association)and NMPF (National Milk Producers Federation) claim that it should not be labeled as its primary goal is to give this to school aged children and they won't care or want the labeling. We must ban artificial sweeteners and demand the labeling of foods and notifications that foods being served to our children may lead to cancer.
