Ban the use of Box Trucks, Tractor Trailers, and other large vehicles that could be weaponized for a terror attack.

In light of the recent attacks in Nice, France it's time we as a society reconsider the sacrifice of safety in the name of transportation. The attacker in France has clearly demonstrated the effectiveness these large trucks have in carrying out a terror attack. A single truck has the ability to take the lives of hundreds in mere minutes.
While these larger trucks do provide a logistical advantage transporting goods, we can achieve the same outcome by making more trips with a smaller vehicle such as a van.
Just like the efforts to ban assault weapons and extended magazines, these trucks are far too easy to purchase. They can even be rented same day without as much as a background check.
The extra trips and less efficient logistics are a small price to pay for safety. TY
