smoking tobacco is harmful to the people around the smokers it does not just mysteriously disappear. Many states have laws prohibiting smoking in work places but many do not enforce these laws such as my own. Few states grow, process, or package these tobacco products so few states economies would be affected. Only large wealthy companies would suffer. The farmers of tobacco could simply grow other crops for a living.
