ban use of cluster bombs by US military and immediately eliminate cluster bombs from the US weapons inventory.

Cluster bombs are antipersonnel mines which indiscriminately kill innocents long after they are employed. To ban their use and stockpiling does not impair the US military.... gas-air bombs are superior in all respects.
