Corexit, an oil dispersant that aids in the use of "cleaning up" oil spills is a biotoxin that causes respiratory, nervous, and skin disorders that affect the workers and residents near the disaster. This agent merely causes the oil to clump together and float to the bottom of the body of water not disposing of it, but rather hiding it. Ban this biotoxin and force our oil companies who are responsible for their accident to clean up accordingly in cooperation with environmental and governmental laws without just hiding it under the surface.
