The use of credit reports should also be discriminative for conditions of employment. People receive bad credit due to divorces, medical expenses and other reasons which have nothing to do with job abilities. Also if people are turned down for employment we should have a right to the same copy of the back ground report that that business obtained from a reporting agency to check for inconsistancies. Offering employment based on credit standing should also be enforced in the discriminative clause of the EEOC. How many people can get off of unemployment if this were to go into effect?
