We, the undersigned, believe that modifying diesel engines to produce excess soot is detrimental to traffic safety, public health and the environment. The practice of 'Rolling Coal' is a public nuisance that should not be protected under freedom of expression. We ask that the modifications in question be made illegal and punishable by prohibitive fines and eventual impounding of the vehicles of repeat offenders. More information is available here:
